O Screen Actors Guild Awards (ou SAG Awards), foi entregue na noite deste domingo, 27, no Fairmont Century Plaza em Los Angeles, Califórnia. E, no entanto, o único lugar que foi disponível assistir a cerimônia foi on-line, através do canal da Netflix. Mas entre os grandes vencedores estavam séries como The White Lotus e, além disso, The Bear.
A transmissão do SAG Awards 2023
A TNT e a TBS, que respectivamente exibiam o SAG Awards desde 1998 e 2007, abandonaram o evento anual em maio passado. Como resultado, o programa foi transmitido ao vivo no canal do YouTube da Netflix. Esse movimento, entretanto, vem acontecendo com várias transmissões, inclusive a vindoura do Oscar 2023, que no Brasil não terá transmissão na TV aberta.
Quem venceu o SAG Awards 2023?
Abbott Elementary, The White Lotus e The Bear são destaques
Abbott Elementary levou para casa o prêmio de Melhor Elenco em uma série de comédia. Já Jeremy Allen White, de The Bear, e Jean Smart, de Hacks, venceram como Melhor Ator e Atriz de Comédia. The White Lotus ganhou o prêmio de Melhor Elenco em uma série de drama. E, além disso, Jason Bateman, de Ozark, e Jennifer Coolidge, de Lotus, venceram como Melhor Ator e Atriz de Drama.
Indo para o evento principal, a última temporada de Ozark liderou o grupo de TV com quatro indicações, incluindo indicações para Bateman, Laura Linney, Julia Garner e o elenco da série. Logo atrás, com três indicações cada, estavam a última temporada de Better Call Saul, Barry da HBO. Bem como Only Murders in the Building do Hulu.
